Q: How long will it take for my P.H.E.W. Kit to arrive? A: Kits will be shipped from our store within 1-2 business days. We primarily use USPS Priority Shipping. You also have the option of instore pick-up, ground shipping or express overnight service via UPS. To check specific transit times from 99019 to your area please visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com (Please note shipping out of Country will incur higher shipping charges and brokerage fees.) Q: What happens if I’m not satisfied with my P.H.E.W. Kit? A: If you are not satisfied with your P.H.E.W. Kit contact us at (info@phewkits.com) within 7 days of receiving your kit. We will provide you with the information on how to return your P.H.E.W. kit. Returned kits must be returned in the same condition that they were received in. When we receive your kit back we will refund you the full purchase price of the kit. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Q: Will there be other “Special Occasion” P.H.E.W.
